17 new cases of Coronavirus recorded in Anambra, Lagos, Ondo, Katsina, Abuja, Niger and Kaduna. The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 17 new cases of Coronavirus in Anambra, Lagos, Ondo, Katsina, Abuja, Niger and Kaduna.
As at 09:30 pm on April 10, there are 305 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria. 58 patients have been discharged and 7 deaths have been recorded.

In terms of fatalities in the world, Italy’s death toll is the highest with more than 18,000 cases. The US follows with over 17,000 and then Spain with more than 15,300. New York state’s death toll as of Thursday was just over 7,000.
WHO said that there are 11,900 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the African continent with 608 deaths.
