Video: Tobi refuses to reconcile and take pictures with his ex-housemate, Ceec in Dubai

Big Brother Naija housemates,Tobi and Ceec are currently in Dubai for the One Africa Music Fest. Last night, organizer of the music fest, Paul Okoye made an attempt to reconcile and take pictures with the two of them but Tobi bluntly refused the reconciliatory move saying  over his dead body.
